New Stores Offer Orlando Visitors Plenty of Shopping Choices
From luxurious to practical, Orlando’s ever-increasing array of shops
mean you will find plenty of great items, at unbeatable prices to bring
home from your holiday. With new specialty stores and famous name
boutiques opening all the time, Orlando’s shopping experience just keeps
getting better. Here’s a look at some of our newest additions.
Orlando’s Shopping Malls
If you like your sports extreme, you won’t want to miss Adrenalina
at The Florida Mall. The store carries apparel, gear and accessories for
all extreme sports – including surfing, mountain biking, skating,
wakeboarding, kite surfing, sky diving and BMX. But the store’s main
attraction is the Flowrider, where visitors can ride their own waves and
test their surfing skills. Other new additions include Paiva, a unique,
premium athletic store created exclusively for active women, and All The
Hoopla, featuring collectibles from Department 56, Lenox, Gorham and

The Mall at Millenia continues to add famous names to their roster of
stores, offering the most luxurious and sought after names in fashion.
Recent additions include Juicy Couture, featuring the hottest fashions
for women, men and children; Salvatore Ferragamo, one of the most
prestigious and best “Made in Italy” luxury brands, featuring a
selection of shoes, leather goods, accessories, fragrances and apparel
for women and men; Abercrombie & Fitch, specializing in All-American
leisure lifestyle clothing; Abercrombie, which caters to youth fashions;
and Pottery Barn Bed & Bath, offering furniture, luxurious linens and

Orlando’s Factory Outlets
If getting a great bargain on trainers would make your Orlando
holiday complete, plan to visit the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.
Newly added stores include Converse Shoes & Apparel, Nike Factory Store
and Rawlings Factory Store – perfect for the athlete. For casual wear,
be sure to visit the newly opened Eddie Bauer Outlet, Aeropostale or
Izod stores. Not to be overlooked, the new Waterford Wedgewood Company

A perennial favorite with visitors, Orlando Premium Outlets offers
designer fashions, home goods and electronics at discounted prices.
Several new stores recently opened including Dior, AG Adriano
Goldschmeid, Ann Taylor Factory Store, Lucky Brand Blue Jeans and
Diesel. And, to make shopping easier, it recently added a free outlet
shuttle service from participating hotels in the Lake Buena Vista area.

Formerly known as Belz Outlets, Prime Outlets Orlando is undergoing a
massive $150 million renovation that will enhance your shopping
experience. The first phase of the renovation will be completed in 2007,
and will feature Neiman Marcus Last Call Clearance Center. In addition
to the outstanding merchant line-up already at the center, new stores
have recently been added, ranging from Escada Company Store to Under
Armour Factory House. Phase 2 is expected to open in July 2008. Here’s a

Shopping, Dining & Entertainment Complexes
At Downtown Disney Marketplace, the youngest members of your family
will think they have stepped into the world of their favorite fairy
tales with a visit to The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. At this magical
salon, which is owned by the Fairy Godmother and operated by Fairy
Godmothers-in-training, your little princess will be pampered with a
hair up-do, nail polish and make-up application, a princess costume and
photos. Located in the World of Disney store, the Princess Room allows
your little princess to build her own wand, fill her own jewelry box, or
purchase her own make-up kit. Boys will find their heroes in the
Adventure Room where they can fill their own treasure chest or pirate
skull with booty, create their own pirate hat and play the latest in

Festival Bay Mall at International Drive offers a unique mix of
shopping, dining and unique experiences all under one roof. New shopping
additions include women’s fashion favorites Nine West Outlet, Kasper
Outlet and Jones New York Outlet. New dining options in 2007 include
Bergamo’s Italian Restaurant and The Cricketers Arms. However, it is the
mall’s new entertainment offering that will make the most waves in 2007
– the addition of Ron Jon’s Surfpark. The surfpark will offer perfect,
surf-able waves every time in its three wave pools – and you won’t have

Pointe Orlando is undergoing a massive renovation that will bring plenty
of new shopping and dining experiences to the heart of International
Drive. New shopping venues include Brighton Collectibles, offering
accessories and leather goods; Sunglass Hut; Spencer’s, which offers
humorous novelty gifts; and Discovery Channel Store, offering toys and
items for learning. You’ll have a challenging time deciding where to
dine at the Pointe’s line-up of new restaurants. The Capital Grille,
Tommy Bahama Tropical Café & Emporium, The Grape, BB King’s Blues Club,
Taverna Opa, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Maggie
Moo’s Ice Cream and Treatery, Redrock Canyon Grill and Pizzeria Valdiano.

Universal CityWalk is a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment
complex at Universal Orlando Resort. For your sweet tooth, you won’t
want to miss a visit to Sugar, Sugar which offers Australian-style
handmade candies. For dinner, make plans for shrimp at Bubba Gump Shrimp
Co., a restaurant paying homage to the Tom Hank’s film “Forrest Gump.”
After dinner drinks and dancing at the newly opened Red Coconut Club
